The company did not completely abandon the cloud. Instead, it adopted a hybrid architecture.<\/span><\/p>\n This allowed the business to preserve cloud flexibility where it was useful while moving predictable resource consumption to fixed-cost infrastructure.<\/span><\/p>\n After the migration, infrastructure spending for the company’s core workloads decreased by approximately 35%. At the same time, the engineering team gained additional CPU and RAM capacity and reduced the amount of time spent optimizing infrastructure purely to control cloud costs.
