The same monitoring, backup and security baseline was applied regardless of which administrator provisioned the server. Routine infrastructure work decreased by more than 60%, allowing the company&#8217;s technical staff to focus on customer projects rather than repetitive administration.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Business impact<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For this company, business process automation solutions did not mean replacing employees with AI. The most useful automation was much simpler: removing predictable manual infrastructure work. The company also avoided introducing a large orchestration platform that would itself require significant administration.
