1. Collection of personal information

1.6. The Provider undertakes to process the personal data of the Customer in strict accordance with the International Legislation Law on the protection of personal data.

2. Providing access to information

2.1. Customer agrees that the Provider has the right to depersonalize their personal data to transfer (including cross-border) to other market entities the domain name registration or registration of digital certificates.

2.4. Customer hereby agrees to instruct the Provider as the Registrar to publish their personal data in databases of relevant services in an open Internet access required for services, services domains.

2.5. Customer agrees that his personal data may be transferred to another Registrar or the Administrator of the public domain or certification center, if the performed operation requires the identification of the customer as the owner of the domain name.

2.6. In addition, when accepting this Agreement, the Customer confirms that he notified (without notice) on the rights, the purposes of data collection, as well as the fact that his personal data are transferred to a legal entity, UNIHOST INC to the possibility of the terms of this Agreement, the possibility of settlements, as well as for accounts, certificates and other documents. Customer also agrees that the Contractor has the right to access and transmit their personal data to third parties without further notice to the customer, without changing the purpose of processing personal data (for example, when registering a domain name). 3. Protection of the information

Provider undertakes to perform all necessary measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of personal information. These measures, in particular, include internal reviews of the collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical measures to ensure data security to prevent unauthorized access.

4. Access to personal information and its updating

Provider shall conduct the client access to his personal, as well as updates, or deletes data on the customer's request, unless the storage is not required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Before processing requests for access, modification, addition or deletion of personal data Provider asks client to confirm his identity and the information he wants to get, correct or delete.

5. Special terms.

5.1. Customer gives its consent to Provider to use logos and other information about him and/or his website for posting on the site in the section "Our customers", etc.

5.2. Provider reserves the right at any time to make changes to this privacy policy notifying customers via email or without it. The changes come into force from the date of publication on this page.
