It doesn&#8217;t matter if the WHOIS information is locked from the third parties, as long as it is correct.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu,sans-serif;\">\u00a0If the listed email is not yours, contact your previous Registrar and ask him to change the e-mail address.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu,sans-serif;\">The domain name is not locked by your current Registrar. You can check it in WHOIS database.<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu,sans-serif;\">If the status of your domain is <span style=\"font-family: 'Ubuntu Mono', monospace;\">REGISTRAR-LOCK<\/span>, you have to contact your Registrar and ask him to unlock the domain.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu,sans-serif;\">If the status is\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: 'Ubuntu Mono', monospace;\">CUSTOMER-LOCK<\/span>, you can unlock your domain by yourself.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu,sans-serif;\">You have all the necessary documents for the domain transfer.
