Mailbox setup<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

To manage a mailbox in the cPanel go to \u201cEmail\u201d<\/span> section.<\/span><\/p>\n

To create a new mailbox or look through existing one go to \u201cE-mail account\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

You will see two sections on the page. The first one is for mailbox creating, the second one shows the mailboxes that have been already created.<\/p>\n

To create<\/b> a mailbox, type a mailbox name.<\/span><\/span>

If you have several domains select one to create a mailbox.<\/span>
\n\"CPanel<\/span><\/p>\n

Enter and confirm a password.<\/span>
\n\"CPanel<\/span><\/p>\n

You will see how reliable is your password.<\/span>
\n\"CPanel<\/span><\/p>\n

You may use a \u201cPassword generator\u201d <\/span> to generate a reliable password. But you may use those password that you prefer.<\/span><\/p>\n

After entering the password you will be prompted to specify the mailbox quota. This parameter specifies the amount of disk space for mailbax.<\/span>

When you enter all parameters press \u201cCreate an account\u201d<\/span> button.<\/span><\/p>\n

You will see a notification that account has been created.<\/span><\/p>\n

The created mailbox will be displayed in \u201cEmail account\u201d<\/span> sevction.<\/span>

Here you may see the name of account (email) and the disk space that it occupied. You may change the password, the quota, receive a mail client settings or delete the account (mailbox).<\/span><\/p>\n

To change the password<\/b> press \u201cChange password\u201d<\/span> button next to the required account. There will be displayed fields to enter the password (with the reliability degree). <\/span><\/span>

You should enter a confirm the new password.Press \u201cChange password\u201d<\/span> button. You will receive a notification that the password has been changed.<\/span><\/p>\n

To change the quota press \u201cChange quota\u201d<\/span><\/b> button next to the mailbox. Enter a new quota or match the box \u201cUnlimited\u201d<\/span> and press \u201cChange quota\u201d button. You will get the notification that quota has been changed successfully.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

To setup a mail client<\/b> press \u201cSetup mail client\u201d<\/span> next to the mailbox. You will be redirected to the page where you may download settings of the popular mail clients and see manual settings.<\/span><\/span>

To remove the account <\/b>(mailbox) press \u201cDelete\u201d<\/span> next to the mailbox. You will see a warning, to confirm it press “Delete” button. The account (mailbox) will be deleted.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The access to webmail (mail client in the browser)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

You may control e-mails without using a mail client installed on your computer in cPanel. For this purpose there is a so called webmail.<\/span><\/p>\n

To get the access to the mail client in your browser,go to the \u201cAccount email\u201d section and select \u201cAccess to webmail\u201d in the drop-down list next to the mailbox.<\/span>

Now you may select the webmail application.<\/span>
\nCPanel<\/p>\n

Select the app.If you do not have any experience in working with such applications it is recommended to choose RoundCube. This app has a user-friendly interface, understandable for beginners.<\/span><\/p>\n

After selecting you will be redirected to the mail application to manage your mail messages as in usual mail client on your computer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Autoresponders setup <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

To setup autoresponders go to appropriate subsection in \u201cEmail\u201d<\/span> section.<\/span>

To add the new autoresponder<\/b> press \u201cAdd autoresponder\u201d<\/span> button.<\/span><\/span>

The page of autoresponder setup will be displayed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Specify all the parameters of the autoresponder.<\/span><\/p>\n
