Sometimes you cannot remember the requisites to access your ISPmanager account. Here’s what you have to do:<\/span><\/p>\n

How to restore access to ISPmanager<\/span><\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Go to the ISPmanager login screen.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click on Password Recovery<\/em>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Enter your login.<\/span>\n
      \n
    1. If you have forgotten the login too \u2014 write to support@unihost.com with a request to restore access to the control panel.<\/span>\n
        \n
      1. You have to use the email you used to register on Unihost.com.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      2. Click OK<\/em>.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Receive an email and click on the link to recover your password.<\/span>\n
          \n
        1. If the email does not arrive \u2014 write to support@unihost.com with a request to restore access to the control panel.<\/span>\n
            \n
          1. You have to use the email you used to register on Unihost.com.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            If you have lost the access to the email attached to the Unihost.com account \u2014 write to sales@unihost.com from any other available email and explain the situation. Our support then will change the attached email to the one of your choice. But first, we will require some proof of ID, i.e.:<\/span><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Company registration certificate;<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Photo or scan of the website owner’s ID;<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Photo or scan of any company official’s ID.<\/span>\n
                \n
              • They have to be publicly associated with your company.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
              • Scans or copies of any bills you’ve paid for the Unihost services.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
