An e-mail domain is a collection of Mailboxes, Mail groups and e-mail redirects that are associated with one domain name.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

How to make an e-mail domain in ISPmanager<\/span><\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Go to the Mail<\/em> tab and click on Mail domains<\/em>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click Add<\/em>.
    \n\"How<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Fill in the fields:\"How<\/span>\n
      \n
    1. Name.\u00a0<\/strong>Type in the name of the domain. Only second-level domains and higher are accepted.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. IP address.\u00a0<\/b>Leave it by default.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Default Action.\u00a0<\/strong>Set up an action that happens to all the messages that are coming to the non-existing e-mail addresses on this domain. Currently supports:<\/span>\n
        \n
      1. Reply error.\u00a0<\/strong>User will receive an error message that such an e-mail does not exist.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Ignore and delete.<\/strong>\u00a0The message will be deleted without informing anyone.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Send to domain.\u00a0<\/strong>The message will be redirected to the same address on another domain.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Send to address.\u00a0<\/strong>The message will be redirected to a specific e-mail address.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      5. Enable Greylisting.\u00a0<\/strong>Check this if you want enable a greylisting antispam technique.<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. Enable\u00a0SpamAssassin.\u00a0<\/strong>Check if you want to enable SpamAssassin scripts for this domain.<\/span><\/li>\n
      7. Enable virus scanning.<\/strong>\u00a0Check to enable the virus scanning of all attachments sent to this domain.<\/span><\/li>\n
      8. Enable DKIM for domain.\u00a0<\/strong>Check to enable the DKIM signature system for the domain<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      9. Click OK<\/em> to create the domain.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        After the domain has been created, you can create the email addresses on it.<\/span><\/p>\n

        How to create an e-mail address in ISPmanager<\/span><\/h3>\n

        1. Under the Mail<\/em> tab, click Mailboxes<\/em>.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Click Add<\/em>.<\/span>

          2. Domain.<\/strong>\u00a0Choose the domain where the mailbox will be located.<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. Password.<\/strong>\u00a0Enter a password.<\/span><\/li>\n
          4. Confirmation.<\/strong>\u00a0Enter the password once more.<\/span><\/li>\n
          5. Maximum size.<\/strong>\u00a0Enter the maximum amount of data you can store in the mailbox. Leaving it empty will make it unlimited.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
          6. Click OK<\/em> to create your e-mail.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            How to add an e-mail address in cPanel<\/span><\/h2>\n

            cPanel does not use e-mail domains and instead allows to directly create the mailboxes.<\/span><\/p>\n

            1. Log into cPanel<\/span><\/li>\n
            2. Under Email<\/em>, click on Email accounts<\/em>.\"3c7a2bea57\"\n

              <\/span><\/li>\n

            3. Fill in the fields:\"How

              1. Email.<\/strong>\u00a0Enter the account’s name.<\/span><\/li>\n
              2. Domain<\/strong>. Enter the domain the account is going to be attached to.<\/span><\/li>\n

              4. Password (Again).\u00a0<\/strong>Confirm a password.<\/span><\/li>\n
              5. Mailbox Quota.\u00a0<\/strong>Choose a quota on how much data a mailbox can hold or leave it unlimited.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
