If there is no answer, to formulate Your question differently. Pay attention to the total list of blog articles and review possible answers. In the issue you will see the most commonly requested questions as well as latest added. For the convenience of our users all articles are sorted by topics, notice also that the blog is becoming wider.
If you did not find the answer to your question, you may contact our specialists in online chat (the chat window is in the lower right corner of the page).
You may send a request in your Client Area. Choose “Submit a support request”. Pay attention, you should choose the Department correctly to get the answer faster. See also Regulations of support service. Specify the priority of your request.
Try to write the correct topic of the query. Describe your problem in details to make us understand and reproduce it. Enter a valid email address (specified during registration), because we ignore the other requests according to our security rules, and, if possible, specify the time when the failure occurred or there was a problem.
After doing this you will receive an e-mail indicating the application number and the text of your request. To monitor the status of a request log in to your account in your Client Area (password is also sent to your email).
Press «View all support requests». You will see all your requests and their statuses.
