  • What are VPS servers?

  • Who administers the servers?

After you create a Unihost support ticket, our specialists will install the OS, control panels, services, modules. We will also additionally clean the VPS from spam and viruses, write scripts, Bash and Powershel. And if necessary, we will provide detailed advice regarding server administration.

  • What to do if the server is not responding?

    The server is rebooted through the Personal Account. By the way, there you can check the server usage statistics, reinstall the OS.

  • Is it possible to order an additional IP if the virtual server is rented abroad?

  • Do I need documents if I am going to rent a server?

    VPS server rental can be issued without documents. But please note that when paying with a bank card, you will have to go through a full account verification, which will require a passport.
